How it is financed
CliniAtlas is built by DiscensMachina, a spin-off of the University of Split School of Medicine, and financed by its founders and by sponsorships from institutions and partners. Sponsorship pays for the infrastructure and the team. It does not touch the product: sponsors have no influence over which sources are retrieved, how evidence is graded, or what an answer says, and there is no advertising inside answers. If that rule ever changed, it would be written here.
