CliniAtlas is becoming less like a search box and more like an evidence assistant you can work with. You can now choose a more thorough answer process, add an image or PDF to the conversation, and save a useful answer as a PDF or Word report.

A more careful path for complex questions
For a complex question, you can switch on Agentic Harness in Full mode. CliniAtlas first prepares an answer, then reviews that answer for gaps or weaknesses, investigates further when needed, and finally produces a revised response.
This is most useful for treatment comparisons, changing guidelines, current evidence, or questions where several details need to be considered together. It takes longer than a normal answer, so a simple definition or brief follow-up usually does not need it.
In plain language: Agentic Harness gives a difficult answer a second look before it reaches you.
Ask about an image, not only text
You can upload an image or paste one directly into the chat. This is useful when the question begins with a figure from a paper, a table, a slide, a screenshot, or other visual material that would be awkward to describe line by line.
The image becomes part of the conversation. You can ask CliniAtlas to explain what it shows, pull out the main points, connect it to your question, or use it alongside an evidence search. Image support is available in Fast and Full modes. It is an aid to evidence review, not a replacement for specialist interpretation or clinical judgement.
Have a conversation with a PDF
You can also attach a PDF, such as a research paper, guideline, or regulatory document, and ask about it in ordinary language. CliniAtlas can use the document itself as context and decide whether the question can be answered from that file or whether outside evidence would add something important.

If your request is too broad to answer usefully, the assistant can ask what you want to focus on instead of guessing. PDF support is available in Fast and Full modes.
Turn a useful answer into a report
When a conversation produces something worth keeping, you can create a downloadable PDF or Word report from the completed answer. This makes it easier to use the result for personal notes, teaching, a journal club, or discussion with colleagues without copying and reformatting the conversation by hand.
You still choose how much work the question needs
Fast mode remains the quickest option for a focused scan. Full mode looks more broadly. Agentic Harness adds the extra review cycle when the question warrants it. The goal is not to make every request slower or more complicated; it is to give you a suitable path for both a quick fact and a difficult evidence problem.
What has not changed
CliniAtlas continues to show the sources behind its answers and to state important limitations. It remains an evidence review assistant, not a substitute for professional judgement, local guidance, or patient-specific clinical decision-making. Avoid uploading unnecessary identifying patient information, and verify important conclusions against the original sources.
- Does Agentic Harness always run another search?
- No. It reviews what the question needs and can investigate further when there is a meaningful gap. A question that can be answered without more retrieval does not need extra searching simply because Agentic Harness is on.
- Can I paste an image from my clipboard?
- Yes. You can paste a supported image directly into the chat or select it with the attachment button.
- Can I ask about a PDF and then export the answer?
- Yes. After discussing the PDF in Fast or Full mode, you can create a PDF or Word report from the resulting answer.
