Yes. It is free for verified healthcare professionals, including doctors in training. Sign up, confirm your status, and use the web or iPhone app.

**Can I use it on rounds for a specific patient?**
Ask the general question the patient raises, not the patient's details: the evidence for a treatment in a population, the guideline threshold, the label wording. CliniAtlas is intended for general evidence review. Do not rely on automated reframing to remove identifying details.

**Does it cover trials in my specialty?**
The search covers PubMed and Europe PMC across specialties. The explainer pages started with cardiology, diabetes, nephrology, obesity, and infectious disease trials and are growing. You can search for other trials, but coverage and successful retrieval are not guaranteed.

**How is it different from OpenEvidence?**
OpenEvidence withdrew from the EU and UK in April 2026. CliniAtlas accepts European credentials and searches EMA and European guideline sources. Its application and stored data are in the EU, while AI processing may occur outside the EU. The comparison page has the details.

**Can I present an answer at journal club?**
