You can request deletion of your CliniAtlas account and associated app data at any time. We may retain limited records where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Signing in confirms ownership and lets CliniAtlas remove the correct account and its associated app data.

What Is Deleted

Account and app data

Self-service deletion removes account-linked CliniAtlas data such as chat history, Deep Research reports, verification records and uploads, and your sign-in identity.

Short retention

HCP credential images submitted for review are already configured to expire after 24 hours in EU AWS storage.
